Biocartis Group NV is a Belgian listed company registered with the register of legal entities Antwerp (division Mechelen) under company number 0505.640.808.
Following the enforcement by the Biocartis Group NV’s secured creditors on 31 October 2023, all the shares in the former operating subsidiaries of Biocartis Group NV’s have been transferred to a new privately held holding company, owned by the secured creditors.
Prior to that enforcement action, Biocartis Group NV was, through its former operating subsidiaries, engaged in the development and commercialization of innovative molecular diagnostics solutions with a focus on oncology.
